Casino Reviews Canada

How we test

Every review on this site is built on a withdrawal we ran ourselves. We deposit real money, pass the identity check like any other player, request a cash-out, and time how long it actually takes to arrive. Then we publish the numbers with the date we ran them.

The test, step by step

  1. Open an account as an ordinary Canadian player. No affiliate contact, no press account, no special handling.
  2. Deposit a real amount by the method most Canadians use — usually Interac e-Transfer — and time how long it takes to land.
  3. Play normally, then request a withdrawal.
  4. Record exactly what the identity check asks for, in what order, and how long each step takes to clear.
  5. Time the cash-out from request to money in the account — and separately from the moment ID clears, because that is the number repeat players actually feel.
  6. Note any friction: forfeited bonuses, minimums, capped amounts, anything that surprised us.
  7. Keep timestamped evidence privately, and publish the date of the test on the review.

What a finished test looks like

The example below is illustrative — it is not a real test result, and no review carries invented data. A review with no completed test says so plainly and is kept out of the search index until the real numbers exist.

Why we do it this way

Payout speed is the claim players care most about and the one almost nobody verifies. Most sites repeat the operator’s own published window, or aggregate what players say in forums. Those are worth something, but they are not measurements, and we would rather publish twelve casinos we have actually tested than a hundred we have not.

Scoring

Every casino gets four sub-scores — games, payments, support, mobile — and an overall rating out of 5. Scores come from verifiable facts (licence status, published payout windows, minimum deposits, game counts, support channels), not from how much a casino pays us.

The four dimensions

Rules we hold ourselves to

  1. Rankings follow the rating. Commission never moves a casino up a list.
  2. Every licence claim links to the regulator so you can verify it yourself — we say “verify it” on every review.
  3. Bonus terms are printed with the numbers that matter: wagering multiplier, what it applies to, max bet, time limit.
  4. Every review carries the date of its last review pass.
